The Nigerian Democratic Working Group expresses strong support for the nomination of Hon. Murtala Sule Garo as nominee for Deputy Governor of Kano State, describing the decision as timely and strategically aligned with the principles of effective governance and democratic consolidation.
We commend the Executive Governor of Kano State, Alh.Abba Kabir Yusuf, for what we describe as a well-considered move that reflects political maturity, inclusiveness, and a commitment to strengthening institutional leadership.
While we recognize the nomination which underscores the importance of placing experienced and capable individuals in key leadership positions to enhance governance outcomes and ensure policy implementation that resonates with grassroots realities.
