
The Honourable Commissioner for Information and Internal Affairs, Kano State, Comrade Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya, PhD, has received the Special Adviser to the Governor, Ahmad S. Aruwa, during a courtesy visit to his office at the Audu Bako Secretariat, Kano.
Aruwa was accompanied by a delegation comprising supporters, associates, local government chairmen from Tarauni and Ungoggo, SSA Alhaji Na Goda, as well as other friends and associates.
During the visit, Ahmad S. Aruwa commended Commissioner Waiya for his efforts and commitment to his responsibilities, particularly his role in supporting effective communication and the activities of the Kano State Government.
He called for greater cooperation and unity among stakeholders to support Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf and sustain the administration’s efforts toward addressing the needs and aspirations of the people of Kano State.
Aruwa also urged Commissioner Waiya and other stakeholders to continue working together in support of the Governor, stressing the importance of collective efforts ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Responding, Commissioner Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya appreciated Ahmad S. Aruwa and his delegation for the visit and commended their commitment to strengthening cooperation among stakeholders.
Waiya assured Aruwa of his readiness to work with him and other stakeholders in promoting the interests of the state and supporting the administration’s programmes and policies.
He further described cooperation and unity among stakeholders as essential to achieving shared objectives, while expressing optimism that continued collaboration would strengthen their collective efforts.
