The official commissioning of the two main carriageways of the Outer Southern Expressway (OSEX) has been described as another landmark achievement under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
Speaking at the event, it was noted that the project marks a significant milestone in the ongoing transformation of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), reflecting the administration’s commitment to purposeful governance through the delivery of critical infrastructure.
The newly commissioned expressway is expected to improve connectivity, ease traffic movement, and support economic activities across key parts of the nation’s capital.
The occasion also provided an opportunity to commend the Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, for his leadership and dedication to infrastructure development.
