
The APC Ex-Councillors Forum (Masalaha) has formally inaugurated its Kano Central Executive members in a well-attended ceremony that brought together key stakeholders committed to unity, grassroots mobilization, and political development.
The event, held on May 3, 2026, marked a significant milestone for the Forum as it unveiled a new leadership team tasked with strengthening engagement at the grassroots level, promoting dialogue, and fostering collective progress across Kano Central.
Speaking at the occasion, the Grand Patron of the organization expressed satisfaction with the successful inauguration, describing it as a reflection of the Forum’s dedication to inclusiveness, cooperation, and sustainable growth. He noted that the emergence of the new leadership signals a renewed sense of purpose and direction among members.
The gathering featured deliberations centered on strategies to enhance unity within the political structure and ensure effective participation of members in advancing shared goals.
The Grand Patron also commended the leadership of the Forum for organizing a successful event and urged members to remain committed, focused, and sincere in their efforts.
He emphasized the need for continued collaboration and unity of purpose, stressing that such efforts are crucial in achieving the Forum’s objective of securing political victory for Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf in the 2027 elections.
