The Chairman of the Kano State Government House Press Crew, Adamu Dabo, has congratulated the Kano State Commissioner for Information and Internal Affairs, Comrade Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya, on the successful completion of his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programme.
In a congratulatory message, Dabo described the academic achievement as a significant milestone that demonstrates the Commissioner’s commitment to knowledge, professional development and public service.
He said completing a Ph.D. while actively serving the people of Kano State reflects dedication, perseverance and a strong commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
The Press Crew Chairman noted that the achievement would further enhance Comrade Waiya’s capacity to contribute to the development of the information sector and strengthen effective communication between the government and the people.
Dabo also commended the Commissioner for successfully combining the demands of public office with his academic pursuit, describing the accomplishment as worthy of celebration and emulation.
He expressed optimism that Comrade Waiya’s academic achievement would inspire other public servants, young people and professionals to pursue education, knowledge and excellence in their respective fields.
The Chairman prayed that Almighty Allah would grant Comrade Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya greater wisdom, knowledge, good health and strength to continue serving Kano State and humanity.
He wished the Commissioner continued success in his career and personal endeavours, while congratulating him once again on the successful completion of his Ph.D. programme.
