Nigeria’s D’Tigress have won the AfroBasket Women in Cote d’Ivoire after defeating Mali 78-64 in the final on Sunday.
They have become the firstteam to win five straight AfroBasket Women titles.
In the process, the team’s Head Coach Rena Wakama became the first woman to win back-to-back AfroBasket Women titles.
